To qualify for a successful return, the item must remain completely unused, unwashed, and in the same original condition in which it was received, including all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Please note that certain products such as socks, stockings, tights, and personal wear items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please clearly mention your Order Number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our team will provide complete return instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Shipping Costs and Exceptions

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is required because of an error on our side, including receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Original shipping charges paid during checkout are generally non refundable.
